Insanity & Core De Force Live Classes in Stockport | St Philip’s Catholic Primary School from January 2018

This is the time of the year when people start to think about all desires and wishes they would like to  reach in the new year. Stop smoking, starting a diet, getting, fit, join a gym, the list is endless.

Unfortunately all those wishes won’t last long. Usually by the end of January (if not before) all the good intentions are lost and all bad habits are coming back stronger than before.

How do I know? Well I did the same for more than 25 years, year after year, over and over again.

One day though, I have finally decided! I did want a different life, both physically and mentally so I have started to take action and commit to a new lifestyle.

I have decided of NOT wishing anymore and START doing day after day, year after year and that’s when my life completely changed. That was the moment when I have started to reach goals that I never imagined possible for myself.

This year, my desire is to help you to start with the right foot. I have just closed an agreement with the St Philip’s Catholic Primary School in Stockport and I am very excited to announce that from the 6th January 2018 and for every following Saturdays, I will host new Insanity and Core de Force LIVE classes at the school’s sports hall.

The St Philip’s Catholic Primary School has a great sports hall where I also perform my Taekwondo classes since 2014 with Ma’am Ruth Chare Smith (TKD 6th Dan), multi-times Taekwondo world champion (

A perfect venue for Insanity and Core De Force Live classes.

The timetable starting from Saturday 6th January 2018 is:
INSANITY LIVE – 9:15am – 10:15am (£5 per class)
CORE DE FORCE – 10:30am – 11:30am (£5 per class)

November: New month, new challenges!

New month, new challenges. My journey continues in November with 3 workouts a day.
Shaun Week calendar repeated for the next 4 weeks @shaunt, together with a MMA workouts from Core de Force as practice for my Core de Force Instructor training day on the 19 November 2017 with Gemma Shakes @gemmashales and a rotating Abs workout from Insanity MAX30. I am aiming for about 1 hour and 40 minutes+ training per day with an average of 850 / 950+ calories burned per workout….lots of fun and lots of sweat the first 2 days where amazing! As a side note, for the first time in the last 2 weeks I have used Beachbody Energize (pre/during workout) and Beachbody Recover (post workout) from @beachbodyperformance and they are absolutely amazing!!!

You must try them to believe. Keep digging deep! 👊🏻💪

First becoming an Insanity LIVE Instructor last January and now starting to organise my own Insanity LIVE Classes in the Greater Manchester area.

Record of the Day: Lowest Weight in 25 years!

I took this is a picture in January 2014 when my personal development, mental and physical started. However I was fat, I was NOT fat as much as I was years before this photo when I reached the top weight 120 Kg (264 lbs). I will probably find some pictures soon to show you how ridiculous I was.

Anyway I have just checked my weight (even in the afternoon you should not) and with surprise (I haven’t eaten really really clean lately 🙂 ) I am currently  on the lowest weight ever reached in the last 25 years 82.9 kg (182.7 lbs) and I am very happy about it!

As I said in the previous post I have started today  Insanity MAX:30 and by the end of the 60 days I weigh 75kg (165 lbs) or less! This is now a public goal!

Insanity MAX:30 – The journey continue…

And the journey continue with Insanity MAX:30

Today I have started the programme that will run until the 26 March 2017 – in the picture above the results I had in the last 3 years, with more focus on what I have achieved since August 2016 when with Focus T25 I have stated to use BeachBody home programmes.

I am still pretty still far from my real goal but, so far a great life changing journey and also great results…however I know I can do better than that!

I am a new Insanity Certified PRO Team Instructor!

After maybe a month or so without publishing anything on this blog, I am very proud and happy to share with you today another great achievement in my “Mind & Body Transformation Challenge”.

More than 6 months passed since I have started on the 1st of August 2016 and I can’t believe how many things changed and how many fantastic results I have achieved, actually results that I have never achieved in my life before.

Since August 2016, I have completed the 3 phases of Focus T25 and yesterday was my last day of Insanity. I did the standard two months of the programme plus another one using the Deluxe Workouts – Upper Body Weight and Sport Training, and yesterday I have celebrate the end of the 3 months with Insanity by successfully becoming an Insanity Certified Instructor and joining the BeachBody PRO Team in the United Kingdom.

Insanity Hardest Workout? Max Interval Plyo!

Just finished my day 41 of Insanity (1st Week / Month 2) and I am pretty confident to say that Max Interval Plyo workout is the hardest workout in the whole programme and in my personal experience the hardest workout I have ever done since I started my journey in August  2016 with BeachBody home programmes with Focus T25.

I thought that the first month was though but The “Max” workouts of the second month are all pushed to a completely new level of  “Insanity” and I mean literally, you have really got to dig deep.

Basically you work for about 55 minutes with three different sets of exercises, the first two composed of three rounds of repetitions with a 30 minute water break between, where you have 30 seconds to think: “why am I doing this???” 🙂
The final set is the longest, and has hardest moves.

INSANITY – Month 1 End – Quick update on my Mind & Body Transformation journey!

Insane month for me with INSANITY, by the way the 1st month is gone and now I am looking forward to the Month number 2 which seems even more challenging.

Overall fantastic month and very good results another 4 Kg lost (lowest weight ever) 83.5 Kg, and also I get rid of another 1.2% Body Fat.

Let’s see what will happen next…stay tuned!

How to change a shit day in a great day!! Change your thoughts and focus!

This last day of November, started at the lowest point possible. For some reason I had not intention to do my Insanity workout, and I didn’t, and I was in an awful mood. 🙁

I usually do my workout around 6.30am, this morning at 8am I was still in bed, which something very uncommon for me and something I am not happy with.

Laziness without reason is not something I am comfortable with. Anyway sometime you need to let things go, some days are born to be shit and there is nothing to do with it!

Well, my last sentence, the underlined one above, it’s actually an excuse, an excuse that we often use when we are not willing to take responsibility for our own shit, when we decide to be not in control of our thoughts and we let our internal crap and negative self-talk define our days.
